Dear Mr Kaiser, Thank you for replying to a less than 5 star review however I pretty much stated all of my thoughts on the matter. This is the first time in my dealings with Mercedes that I felt such a need to even get this involved with the ratings of a company. Drive time for me was 2.5hr each way, hence prescheduling. Scheduled milage maintenance would have let your service department know what was coming their way and time should have been allotted. The most time consuming feature should have been the alignment. The remaining smeared bugs left on my car is a little petty of me, I agree, however you are Mercedes, this is suppose to be one of the perks offered and I am willing to pay top dollar for my maintenance visits. Don't offer that perk and leave bug shit on my car! (on the windshield and on the front of the car). Leo stated he was not happy with the vacum job inside and asked that I stay to have it redone which was considerate but I was planning on doing an inside detail job myself and there was still a 2.5hr drive back. I was very happy with Leo's attention to me and the fact that he checked in with me while waiting. Final note. Noticed nothing was mentioned regarding my comment about interest in another car there. (a very serious interest)! I take it because you are in charge of the service dept only. I hope you let whoever is in charge of the sales side read my review because that was the total letdown to my day! No response from that person is needed nor wanted. Best regards, amelia_4
