Had under 20k mile premium maintenance service done on my Mercedes. I was late for my appointment but was able to get the service completed in under 3 hours. Was contacted by MB Buckhead to bring my car in for a recall. So it seemed important and I changed all my work schedule to make the appointment the next day. I arrived and asked them to repair two minor recall. So it seemed important and I changed all my work schedule to make the appointment the next day. I arrived and asked them to repair two minor scratches on the hood of the car. After that I was informed that the recall was related to a battery change which cannot be performed because the battery hasn’t been delivered and they don’t know when this will take place. So I wasted my time and changed my work day for no reason. Further on I was charged $200 for the scratches repair and when I picked up the car, I realized they had just covered it with a pen and didn’t really flat out the scratches!!! So paid for a $5 job an amount of $200. When I asked why the contact to bring the car in if they have no battery to replace, I was told it is AI system and got it wrong. No one thought then to show customer appreciation and waive the extremely high change for the scratches as a good gesture. Also, I am supposed to not charge the car more than 80% and not park in a closed garage, which is a HUGE inconvenience for me! There also no though of customer appreciation for me due to the inconvenience. More
I took my car to Mercedes Benz of Buckhead for service b1. Overall excellent experience. My service advisor Tevin was very professional and answered any questions I had. I had an amazing experience with Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead and wanted to recognize a few people who really made the process stand out. On the sales side, Alissa Battles and Ali Mousa were both gre Buckhead and wanted to recognize a few people who really made the process stand out. On the sales side, Alissa Battles and Ali Mousa were both great to work with. They were knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and helped us secure great deals on both of our vehicles—a new 2025 GLS 450 and a CPO 2023 EQS 450 4MATIC SUV. The whole process felt smooth and transparent, which isn’t always the case at dealerships. Also, congrats to Ali and Casey Smith on their new roles as sales managers—well deserved. Speaking of Casey Smith, he handled our financing and made that part of the process just as easy. He wasn’t pushy at all, explained everything clearly, and made sure we were comfortable with every step. I also want to highlight the service department, which has been exceptional. My EQS had a few issues early on, but the team took care of everything quickly and professionally. Brett Weaver and Luis Andrade have both been great service advisors—very responsive and always making sure things are handled the right way. Troy Bartkowitz also helped me out with service and getting tint added on the GLS, which I really appreciated. Overall, this dealership truly stands out because of its people. From sales to finance to service, everyone has been professional, helpful, and easy to work with. Highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead if you’re looking for a great buying and ownership experience. More
Appt was made but it took over 3 1/2 hrs to complete a routine maintenance check. My car was washed but remarkably still had scattered smashed bugs on the windshield! This dealerships saving grace is the staff in the front. My person was Leo, although I noticed that all the employees on the service side did not hesitate to make eye contact and a pleasant word. Leo was extremely informative and helpful to me. I travel the country so I have never been to the same dealership twice. Have been thinking about trading in....unfortunately when I went over to the dealership side not one salesman offered any help...it was like I was invisible! Maybe bcause I was a female alone?? 🤔 well guys, I had my eyes on the little blue 200,000.00$ car!! (And yes, I can afford it). To the sales people....u should ALWAYS greet ANYONE who is checking out ur cars, just to introduce urself and see what's up. I think that cute little car would have made a nice commission for you! For the employees out front in the service dept...u are wonderful and thank you for being so curtious. For the service guys...u have some work to do (although that may be unfair....u may have just been having a bad day). More
