Be aware of service picked my car up today after being at the service dealer since April 28th. I noticed some damage on the front bumper called Patrick muhler the Mgr ha picked my car up today after being at the service dealer since April 28th. I noticed some damage on the front bumper called Patrick muhler the Mgr had the nerve to blame it on me. then came home and noticed that the headliner was not put back in place after they fixed my sunroof waiting to see if he's blaming me for that as well. got it fixed I took my 2011 e350 for its 20,000 mile service and my car ended up with a flat and a ding on the door. Needless to say I was upset. But carol assured me that everything will be taken cared of, she but me in a loaner and had my car back to me in the next day. I cant even tell the door was ever dinged. Carol morin in my book is the perfect ten in customer service she know how to make a customer feel like a friend. Carol is my guy at Mercedes bens of bklyn... I have remained a client for many reasons but one of the primary reasons is the service I receive. Carol Morin has been my service advisor for the majority of my experience and she does everything in her power to make my visits pleasant, accommodating me even on those occasions when I drop in without an appointment. On my last visit the car was serviced expeditiously despite the fact that additional work was necessary. I consider Carol Morin and Mario Castelli (sales) my umbilical cord to Mercedes Benz and more like family than just a business relationship. Although no establishment is perfect, I consider Mercedes Benz of Brooklyn the closest to perfection one will ever reach. More
Excellent service, best service rep Carol Morin. I have been a customer for over two years. I was given a male service advisor who was very impolite and had no idea how to treat customers. I spoke to I have been a customer for over two years. I was given a male service advisor who was very impolite and had no idea how to treat customers. I spoke to one of the ladies at the desk and told her if he has to work with me I will find another dealership. Immediately Carol came to me, introduced herself and told me that she will be my new service advisor and asked me to come to her desk. She was very professional, courteous and friendly. I have seen Carol several times when I visit this dealership and the way she interacts with customers, I always said to myself "why can't I have her for my service advisor." I was blessed to get her.. Carol encouraged me to extend the warranty on my vehicle, I had my doubts but after listening to Carol explaining the importance, although I thought it was expensive I took it. I had no regrets. Mercedes-Benz of Brooklyn is very convenient because it is close to my home, the employees are courteous, Carol is an asset to your business she makes you feel like family. I tell my friends and family when they are going to buy a Benz Shore Parkway is the way to go. More

I got upset once when I thought I had been switched to another service rep I did not know, but he turned out to be such a nice man. So I know I would have been satisfied even with him. Carol treats me like I'm the only customer she has. I always feel so special. I can call and talk with her like a friend when I think I have a problem. The entire staff is courteous and shows respect. I feel I can trust my rep. Trust is important. More
