minor service on drive in but taken care of in a flash This was my second service experience with MBOB and Carol Morin. This one was as good as the first. I actually didn't have an appt this time since I This was my second service experience with MBOB and Carol Morin. This one was as good as the first. I actually didn't have an appt this time since I thought it was a minor front light issue. They took me right in and Carol first thoroughly explained all of my warranty coverages on my car before sending to the shop. Carol called me within a half hour to say that the light was fixed and the car was ready. It's clear Carol knows her job and makes things happen. She also makes you feel that your car is important which cant be said for other MB service centers. More

Excellent Service Advisor & Service I brought in my ML350 for scheduled maintenance. Carol Morin was my SERVICE ADVISOR & she is the best. She kept me informed of what service & repairs I brought in my ML350 for scheduled maintenance. Carol Morin was my SERVICE ADVISOR & she is the best. She kept me informed of what service & repairs that had to be done. Within 30 minutes she realized that the repairs could not be done the same day. She put me in a loaner car. When I returned to pick up my vehicle it drove like a new vehicle. Carol did only the necessary repairs. I had Carol for my service advisor for over six years and she is very professional, courteous, affable & honest. I said it before and I will say it again--I am glad she is back. She is excellent. There were many new faces in the service department, and I was slightly concerned because I had been happy with the previous service Advisors. Luckily, I was assisted by Carol Morin, who made me feel warmly welcome. Carol made me feel instantly at ease, thoroughly explained the service process, and followed up with me after I left. I have been a customer of this dealership in its various iterations ,since 1983. I expect quality service. But the "human touch" is what distinguishes the exceptional from the expected. Carol epitomizes that. She can expect me to request her for all my future service needs. More
