This is my third vehicle from Michael King/Sales Consultant. The last one I got almost three months ago ( E63 AMG ), now I have E350 coupe. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Jorge among other members of the team at Sovereign. We have been leasing ML's from Sovereign since the late 90's, but during our last lease we had to go over to other members of the team at Sovereign. We have been leasing ML's from Sovereign since the late 90's, but during our last lease we had to go over to an independent leasing company that beat the price by far. However, when we came into Sovereign just a few weeks ago to see if they would like to have us return as their customers again, we couldn't be treated any better. We have not had a salesman as knowledgeable and helpful as Jorge since Renee Gollub worked at Sovereign about 10 years ago. From simply discussing the features in the new 2011 ML, to negotiating a fantastic deal, Jorge was extremely pleasant to work with and assisted us in every way he could. We are sincerely grateful that we got to work with a representative as professional and helpful as Jorge. Overall we had a great experience at Sovereign and especially working with Jorge Rivera. Right off I knew I was assigned to the right salesperson when I met Matt. Not only was he friendly and knowledgeable, but he gave me a fantastic deal, and my husband agrees as he's interested in a new MB o when I met Matt. The store manager(s) and even the receptionist Maria, were so friendly and accommodating. I really look forward to visiting the showroom when the construction is totally finished. I keep getting phone calls from the Lexus financial group claiming the payout from our Lexus has not been done correctly and we owe over $1000.00 Not what I expected as a "Platinum Dealership" Gravely disappointed!!! God awful. Pre-owned sales staff was not interested in working with customers... or working, period. Cars were all overpriced by 25-30%, and that's not only based on research but based on the fact that I working with customers... or working, period. Cars were all overpriced by 25-30%, and that's not only based on research but based on the fact that I bought the car I wanted at the right price from another dealership, and it had 15,000 fewer miles than anything these clowns showed me. I made an appointment to come in for a test drive and when I got there they weren't even ready for me. After waiting 45 minutes for them to prep the car I finally told them to call me when they wanted to sell a car and left. I can't figure out who's keeping these guys in business, other than people who don't value their own time or money. Even though this is the closest Benz dealership to me, you can bet that I will never take my car there for service. More
