Victor and the whole team at Mercedes Bourbonnais dealership was so easy to deal with. I had a 4 hour drive to this dealership from where I live. When I arrived I had brought the wrong check book th dealership was so easy to deal with. I had a 4 hour drive to this dealership from where I live. Terry who sold the tire car warranty was awesome I’m in sales and he was not pushy like most of the other sales men have been in my pass purchases. He just gave me the facts and explained what it would cover. I’m in sales and truly appreciate his style. Victor my sales agent took his time to go overall the features my GLE 350 had also set up my phone and my seat settings plus a lot more I also have called him a few time to ask about other features. They did not charge me over MSRP like all the other dealership in my area wanted between $5,000 to $10,000 over MSRP. They were so amazing that I would drive up another 4 hours to buy my next car from Victor.
