I came to Boston back in January 2013, and rented a Mercedes Benz GL at Hertz. Unfortunately the first problem I had back in January on snow time was the windshield wipers didn't work. That's why I dro Mercedes Benz GL at Hertz. Unfortunately the first problem I had back in January on snow time was the windshield wipers didn't work. That's why I drove to Mercedes Boston. I drove in, I was greeted right away, and I explained my problem, the valet took care of me, took me inside to body parts and I bought the windshield wiper. I was amazed of this kind of service. I am from Dallas owned 2 AMG and fixing to move soon to the area, I will for sure take my cars there for service. You guys saved my day, I do have a special place in my heart for you. The service was absolute Amazing!! We do not get this service in Dallas. Thank You More
I have found that Michael Blythe's customer service goes above and beyond that of your typical employee. His vast knowledge of the Mercedes automobile is so vast that his answers are always informative, acc above and beyond that of your typical employee. I have followed Michael from your Lynnfield dealership to your Somerville location even though it adds an additional 20 minutes each way to my drive. Michael's promotion to Service Director is a wise choice, he is as good of an asset to your customer base as you could possibly obtain and I commend you on your wise choice in placing him in this position. Nathan Haugh was very helpful during my visit and the Repair Booklet e-mailed to me was the best presentation that I have seen in automotive repair explanations. I'v had Mike Blythe who is the Servive Director work on BOTH my Mercedes for years and won't let ANYONE touch them besides him. When you first drive into the service department at Chambers Motorcars, you know immediately it's not going to be an ordinary experience. The place is immaculate. The valets, all in white coats, are friendly and attentive. It's a bit like driving into a hospital except you get admitted right away. Now, this is is a Mercedes dealership, so some of these niceties you'd expect. But once you get past the cursory greetings and superficial chat, you start to experience some real substance, too. I've never met a service rep as smart, honest and sincere as Assistant Manager Kim Trott. Each time I meet with her, I have full confidence in what she tells me and how my car will be treated. On my last visit, I also got to meet Paul Caruccio, an affable and capable new service employee who drove me home and picked me up again when my car was ready. I bought my car new here and as long as I own this Mercedes, I know where I'll be taking it for service. More

So it was time for my first annual service and oil change, so I scheduled online, it was very easy to do, and went in, they helped me right away, I got an appointment for the next day after I went online, and when I got there they had a loaner car for me, all service was done in one day, everyone was just as helpful and friendly as the day I bought it, I plan on keeping this one for a few years, but will definitely by my next one there! I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone! More

Although I always think the prices are expensive, I believe they are comparable to other competitor dealerships. Mr. E. Rebollo has been my service liason a couple of times and he is great about calling me to discuss service, price, options and is always prompt in returning my calls to him. I had one of the best experiences EVER at Herb Chambers earlier this week. I mean, they are always really professional and courteous, however this time they went all out for me. I needed to have my car ser earlier this week. I mean, they are always really professional and courteous, however this time they went all out for me. I needed to have my car serviced, and had to change the date I dropped off the car twice. Julieth, not only had the loaner car waiting for me, but she also kept me informed every step of the way on the status of my car. When I dropped off the loaner two days later, I was in and out in about 5 minutes, really AWESOME. They told me they washed my car, but it almost looked liked they waxed it, it was so clean. I am not sure what kind of Kool-Aide Herb Chambers has his employees drinking, but I say keep drinking...you guys are doing a great job! More
