From my perspective we live in a time where in a race to save, many have sacrificed the art of service. This is not and I suspect will never be true at Herb chambers. These folks are the best in taking care of me and my family. We currently own 5 separate cars from herb chambers. this is a trend which will continue. The folks I have mentioned here and many more at Chambers are the reason why... The folks specifically mentioned here would be welcomed in an orginization such as mine where customer service is the primary thing that matters. I can assure you that if chambers has been forced to make cutbacks as a result of this difficult economy, they did so in a way which would not effect customers. That is there deal.. this is my second car purchase from Chambers, both new vehicles. I have been a customer of theirs for over 20years. During that time all service was handled by Enio Rebolo, one of their service reps. In all the time I have workd with Enio I have found him to be helpful, concerned about properly taking care of my car, and insuring that I was always treated fairly and promptly. I could not imagine a working with any other service rep than Enio,I am always confident in his detailing of any problem, and am assured the work will be skillfully done and repair costs in line with the job and not inflated as I have heard from friends who utilize other dealerships. Chambers and Enio are tops with me. More

My wife and I have 2 MB cars, a C220 and a C240 wagon. The wagon was purchased at Herb Chambers motorcars. It was raining on Wednesday night, December 10, 2008 and I was away from my usual MB dealershi The wagon was purchased at Herb Chambers motorcars. It was raining on Wednesday night, December 10, 2008 and I was away from my usual MB dealership. I was driving the 1995 C220 with my two kids and the wiper began to only wipe intermittently, but very inconsistently. I was able to get to my daughter’s language lesson, but I was very concerned about getting home to Andover from Cambridge, MA. I tried to make adjustments with little success. I was able to drive with my son to HC motorcars. There, Nathan greeted me in the entry. I explained the situation and Nathan kindly told me he would have a technician work on it right away. It was around 6pm. At 6:20, Nathan gave me an update and he stated that he was concerned about the safety of me driving it. He offered a loaner car at that time, in the event progress couldn’t be made to restore the wiper to working condition. Just before it was time to pick my daughter up across town (6:40), Nathan reported to me that the wiper was working, but it would need a new wiper motor in the near future. The charges were very reasonable and I was extremely appreciative that he was able to get the thing fixed. I also appreciated the concern he had for me and my family. This was not the first time that I have felt this way about the Herb Chambers service experience! There is no doubt that my next car(s) will be purchased at a Herb Chambers dealership. More
I have always been treated professionally and with courtesy. Work done has been of the highest quailty. They have worked well with my warranty company. I feel "in good hands" because if my car is not ready, a loaner will be made available. I am alway apprised of problems and given a reality based estimate. I get good (rapid) transportation to work when I drop off the car. Car is always washed and cleaned. They may cost a little bit more (but not much at all), but it is worth it becuase of the completeness of the service and lack of worry. More

He knew his stuff, did not try to oversell add-ons to the car, never insulted other competing models that I was also interested in, and followed up with me without being a nuisance. I also think the "deal making" part of the process went smoothly and was very business-like. I love my new car and would recommend Chambers Motorcars in Somerville without reservation. More

I thought Mr. Sheff, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable about the automobile. He spent a great deal of time, with a great amount of patience, showing us the features the car had to offer. He was very helpful during the acquisition process explaining financing options. We felt the process went very smoothly. Also, when Mr. Sheff left for vacation, he made certain that he gave us the name of someone to speak with in his absence if we had any questions. When I called that person, he was well aware of who we were and was had the necessary paperwork at hand for us to pick up. All in all, we had a very positive experience. More
