I had one of the best experiences EVER at Herb Chambers earlier this week. I mean, they are always really professional and courteous, however this time they went all out for me. I needed to have my car ser earlier this week. I mean, they are always really professional and courteous, however this time they went all out for me. I needed to have my car serviced, and had to change the date I dropped off the car twice. Julieth, not only had the loaner car waiting for me, but she also kept me informed every step of the way on the status of my car. When I dropped off the loaner two days later, I was in and out in about 5 minutes, really AWESOME. They told me they washed my car, but it almost looked liked they waxed it, it was so clean. I am not sure what kind of Kool-Aide Herb Chambers has his employees drinking, but I say keep drinking...you guys are doing a great job! More

I have always owned BMW's and had them serviced at Chambers in Boston and was always pleased with their service, so it was not surp this dealership. A couple of weeks ago, I leased a 2010 C-300 Sport Sedan from Herb Chambers Somerville because the ML had a computer defect which could not be remedied over several months despite the service dept's incredible efforts, led by Julie Pineros. Chadi and the dealership stepped up and arranged for the buyout of the ML lease and my leasing of the C-300. Despite the aggravation of the defect in the ML, the process of leasing the new car was seamless and professionally handled. Chadi and AJ were terrific, and Chadi was once again a pleasure to work with and a credit to the dealership. The experience has confirmed why I shopped at Herb Chambers MB Somerville in the first place. They treat their customers first class all the way. Once you drive a MB, you are a customer for life. Although there are other MB dealers around, my experience over the past two years with sales and service at Herb Chambers MB Somerville has made be a customer of that dealership for life. More
