The first contact with Mark Ames was very positive. From then on the business aspect of buying a new Mercedes through him was not in doubt. I decided to work with Chambers Motorcars of Boston due to their accessibility to my home and work and the feeling of being welcomed when I entered the showroom. Barry Sheff has been my salesperson for my second and third lease. Barry is patient, personable and extremely knowledgeable about Mercedes and it's products. Leasing a car is an intensive process for me. However, Barry makes the experience tolerable and satisfying. Along with Barry's expertise, I appreciate his honesty. The staff in the Service Department are amazing. They are extremely knowledgeable about the service products. I have always been satisfied with the responses to my varied questions. I feel that the best interest for me and my car is always at the forefront. When I call for an appointment, the receptionist is pleasant and schedules timely appointments for me. When I say thank you, I love hearing the statement "it's my pleasure". When I drive in with or without an appointment, I am warmly received by Wilfredo and promptly escorted to a Service Associate. Wilfredo is the ultimate Concierge. Wilfredo is efficient with managing the daily operation of the drive-in service area. My preferred Service Associate is Enio. Enio is also personable and knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable in working with Enio. When I pick up my car, I am always confident of the quality of the work by the service technician staff. I will continue to drive a Mercedes because the cars are safe, sturdy and affordable.
