My wife and I have recently purchased our 2nd (newer) used Mercedes from Herb Chambers Boston, and have had the pleasure of being helped by Steve Schepisi who was a lovely guy. Car salesmen, as we all know, don't always have the best reputations, but our last 2 experiences with the Boston dealership and Steve were standout. Steve himself was low-key, but extremely helpful, straightforward, and attentive without being in the least bit pushy...(We don't like pushy). Herb Chambers is to be complimented for hiring someone who is genial, humorous and engaging--but, at the same time very sharp and knowledgible about the products. In both cases, by the way, we traded in our old cars (one time, a mercedes, this last time a Volvo wagon, and were certain that our prices were market value and fair. Can't recommend them enough. My next purchase will be a 550 Sedan, and Steve will be our guy.
