I went in looking at the new C class. While Sean was very friendly, informative and helpful his sales manager Chris was the one who left me with a bad feeling for the dealership. Sean had been going over numbers with me and then when he came back from one of the visits to the office another gentleman was with him. While this man came back with very thorough printouts of price breakdowns and options he never introduced himself to me (I found his name and title on the printouts when I got home). I found it to be very disrespectful to both myself and Sean that he would come and take over the sales talk and not even introduce himself to me. The other issue I had was that Sean had asked to look at my car (potential trade) so I gave him my key. When it was time to go I was a bit put out that they had driven my car without asking me (as the car was in a totally different location). When Sean called to follow up with me a couple of days later I was very honest with him and told him while I liked him, I would most certainly not be doing business with his dealership, and explained why. I did not think I could have been any clearer but apparently I was wrong because I received a couple of more messages asking when we could move forward and some e-mails. Very disappointing service from a Mercedes dealer. More
I have purchased 6 cars from this dealership all from Dennis. The professional way I was treated was exceptional. Our sales consultant, Chadi Chakar, was very helpful, polite and respectful through our entire buying experience. He deliverd our new GLK to our hometown, Gilmanton, NH, and was most patient in dealing with the folks at town hall while they figured out how to get us registered. He went over the entire vehicle with me and even set up our phone and contact list! Chambers Motorcars of Boston's dealership and buying experience was one of the best i have experienced thus far. By the way..............we love our GLK 350!! More

Everything is up front, most everything can be accomplished over the phone with a simple straight forward visit to the dealer location to sign off on what was aggreed to with no surprises. Yes, the car is beautiful, but what struck me is the sales protocol -- no pressure whatsoever. When it was time to ask questions, I had the undivided attention of Chad. Still, no pressure but rather a warm and knowledgeable sales professional who knew when to leave me to myself, but be there when he sensed I might need him. I loved the car, trusted the staff, and decided I was worth it! I'm hooked. This is my first Mercedes and the last time I ever have to think about what car to buy. Three cheers to Mercedes-Benz of Boston, Somerville. Thanks to Chad for his wonderful attention, and to Willfredo, the service manager, who is always there to do whatever is needed. This has been the second vehicle I have purchased from Chambers Motorcars of Boston and Dennis Saint Aubin. This has been the first time I have dealt with Mr, Kotsiras and Mr. Ricupero, but they too, like Chambers Motorcars of Boston and Dennis Saint Aubin. This has been the first time I have dealt with Mr, Kotsiras and Mr. Ricupero, but they too, like Dennis, EXCEEDED my expectations, as quite frankly, I can be a pain in the neck to deal with. It was on a Friday that I decided I wanted a new vehicle and I was in my new vehicle the following Tuesday. This clear no nonsense style of dealing is attractive to me whereas I have no time to waste with my very hectic schedule. I have also had the pleasure to have taken my prior vehicle to Chambers Motorcars for service over the past 3+ years, and I must say, the service department is top notch. The service staff have always been attentive, professional and willing to EXCEED my expectations in that regard, and they have. Chambers Motorcars is, in my opinion, BLESSED to have such a talented individual like Dennis Saint Aubin, George and Kris on its team as these guys put others to shame. My wife and I went to purchase a car we saw on line but unfortunately or fortunately when we went the car had been sold. Mr. Parker assisted us in finding a vehicle we are very happy with and very pleased with the services he provided. He took the time to look through the inventory and found a car he believed we would really like and once we saw it and got into the car we knew we had to have it, we immediately fell in love with it and continue to feel the same way today. We are delighted with our purchase and very and our experience at Chambers Motorcars of Boston has been a very positive one. My experience at Mercedes Benz Boston was simply terrific from beginning to present. I am the proud owner of a 2011 C300 Sport Sedan. My salesperson, Keith Robinson, was extremely professional and took fan from beginning to present. I am the proud owner of a 2011 C300 Sport Sedan. My salesperson, Keith Robinson, was extremely professional and took fantastic care of me. During my initial visit to the dealership, we went over both pre-owned and new vehicle availability and options. He took the time to explain the costs and benefits for each course of action/vehicle and answer the numerous questions I had. Keith and I took a test drive in a pre-owned C-Class and then sat in a few different vehicles with different accessory packages to get the feel of each different option. Patience and professionalism were exhibited at all times, but especially when it came time to value my trade-in (a rather unique vehicle, a Land Rover Defender 90). Even though there was no Blue book value to be found, Keith and the staff worked hard to find an accurate valuation (eventually contacting the Herb Chambers Land Rover Dealer for expert advice). Throughout the entire process, I never once felt any pressure or adversarial-type relationship. I felt always that I had a partner in Keith who was simply trying to assist me in finding the best vehicle (or not) to fit my particular situation. Keith and the staff at MB Boston were efficient and professional. They also were very accommodating to my unique schedule, including offering drop-off/pick-up service at Logan airport after I had traded in my car and before taking delivery of my new C-Class. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Boston. Though I am sure all sales personnel are great, ask for Keith. You will not be disappointed. Best regards, SMV More
