After doing my research on the car I was interested in, I contacted Mercedes-Benz of Boston and spoke with Jen Somerville. So, I called her back and told her I was on my way to Boston from the Hartford, CT area. While on my way, Kyle Dailey called to tell me he'd be working with me when I arrived. When I got there, Kyle was already outside to greet me and the rest was history. Before even getting into the car to test drive it, Kyle was already pointing out the safety features that a Mercedes is built with. During the test drive, he continued to point out all the features the car had to offer. I quickly got to know Kyle and came to realize his passion for cars is the reason he is so knowledgeable about them. He enjoys his work and really makes you feel comfortable about your purchase - no pressure what so ever. My experience with Mercedes-Benz of Boston was second to none, and I left that day with such a good feeling. That great experience continued with follow-up calls from Kyle, and we still keep in touch. Would I recommend Kyle and Mercedes-Benz of Boston to friends and family? You bet... After much procrastination, research and the dreaded stories that you hear about car sale people, I decided it was time for a new car. I was introduced to Georgina. The day she dropped off my car, she saw some flaws on the hood, and insisted on taking it back to take care of the details. I would recommend that you ask for Georgina. This past weekend, went into the dealer looking to trade-in my 2007 GL450 for its smaller sister SUV - the 2013 ML 350 and did just that in about 1 1/2 hour! This was in great part to Mr. Thomas Park trade-in my 2007 GL450 for its smaller sister SUV - the 2013 ML 350 and did just that in about 1 1/2 hour! This was in great part to Mr. Thomas Parker (A Magnificent Salesman from beginning to the end) efforts who worked with me seamlessly and one step at a time leading to a sale/buy. We established a trade that was fair and again when we worked on the new vehicle. I chose a fully loaded 2013 ML 350 at a very acceptable price, but best of all at no time was I hackled or pressure to buy. If you’ve been in the market to buy a car you know what I am talking about. I also, like to commend the Service Department as this dealer or Herb Chambers’ Mercedes-Benz of Boston for the great service I’ve gotten over the years on the GL 450 and look forward towards servicing this new car there as well. We had been shopping around quite a bit over the past week to find a safe, reliable and comfortable car. All other dealers we encountered where the exact opposite of what Gina embodied. We immediately felt comfortable, and I in particular truly felt that I was in good caring hands. To top it off, this wonderful customer service did not stop with Gina. As we decided on the spot to lease the Mercedes GLK, we needed to return today to complete the paperwork and pick up the new car. Gina took time out of her day off to drive to a sister dealership closer to my town and deliver it! Everyone at the dealership embodied the same kindness and attentiveness as Gina.
