Georgina really makes HChambers look great. She was professional , had super quick responses to any questions I had and made buying a Mercedes very very easy. I was recommended to your dealership by Jose Vezga to see Rob Tinkham. I was very pleased with Rob's professionalism. After owning a Toyota for the last 20 years, I am very pleased to now own a 2014 Mercedes GLK. My visit with Rob was very pleasant and informative. He took the time to listen to what I would be interested in and brought several vehicles for me to look at and test drive. I was very impressed when I drove the GLK. Although I was not certain about the color, I had asked Rob to look at other vehicle available in other colors besides the black or the white. He took his time looking and said " I have just the right one for you". He was nice enough to go with me to the port and look at this pebble grey colored one. I just fell in love with it and he drove it back to the dealership where we finalized the paperwork. I picked up my car 2 days later and have been very pleased with it. Everyone loves it.. I am hoping to stay in the Mercedes Benz family for a very long time. Thank you Jose Vezga for referring me to Rob, and thank you Rob for the great job you did for me. She listened carefully, provided savvy guidance and within 30 minutes, we bought exactly what we wanted. Gina made the paperwork and banking simple. To expedite our crazy-tight schedule,she even came in on her day off to ensure the car was registered, and had all the necessary tests/services to exceed our expectations. Pinch me: I'm used to the salesman's interest ending after I bought the car. And I'm used to buyer's regret after I drive it away. Neither happened this time! I bought a used 2012 GL450 from Keith Robinson of MB Boston. The only "pressure" was when Keith put my "stamp" on it by programming my favorite classical radio station into the car radio. But seriously, his technical backround (Physics) allowed him to understand and address my many technical questions with solid direct honest answers. Keith's professional, patient, and friendly manner was an important factor in my decision to buy this car. I wouldn't have considered a luxury car like the MB without encouragement from my wife. I was put off by the difficulty of getting new shop manuals. Neither I nor Warren Buffet are particularly impressed by luxury. But as I get used to this vehicle, and as I read the engineering material at startekinfo, I have come to appreciate that this is more than your usual isolated vehicle - it is a vehicle with a dedicated support team. If something were to break, the problem would not entirely fall in my lap. Keith is my liaison with that support team. More
