Exceptional staff.....dedicated and professional I leased a 2018 GLA 250 SUV.... My sales associate was Colin Grindley. Colin could not have been more helpful. He certainly knows his product and took his time to educate me and my husband about the car I was leasing. I had the car for two weeks and had a significant problem arise. The car just lost power. The service department did an outstanding job of swiftly locating the problem.,.taking a picture of same so they could explain the situation to me. Everyone I came in contact with during this ordeal were very professional, very reassuring and very respectful. The car runs beautifully and I am enjoying having it. I would not hesitate to encourage anyone who is interested in a Mercedes to go to Mercedes Benz of Bonita. It is a lovely, state of the art, dealership with exceptional personnel. More

I cringe about the cost of a routine 80,000 mile service for the vehicle which is at least double the cost of maintaining my other vehicles. But that's to be expected as part of the cost of owning a Mercedes. More
