I was initially concerned about bringing three of the cars to Florida because a Mercedes dealership was not close to my home. Then the Bonita Springs facility was built and from my very first visit to the dealership when I meet Torrey I have enjoyed outstanding service from Torrey and his service associates. However, I cannot say a single complimentary word about the sales department. I have suggested to three of my friends that they visit the dealership and each has reported a disappointing experience.
