Service with Attention and Detail! I brought my vehicle in for a recall and was immediately greeted by my service rep Torrey Tammro. He was very professional and explained what was being done to my GLC300. He then said its best to get a loaner to go about my business that day and he would text me when it was ready for pickup. Shortly after that, my salesman Frank DeLuca also greeted me as I was picking up my loaner. He asked me if everything was to my satisfaction. Seamless Service! My vehicle needed a replacement part. As soon as it arrived at the dealership, I was notified by Geoff. Then got to view my invoice and pay online through a great and easy to use weblink. My wife went in next day to pick up car and it was ready and looked great after being washed.
