Excellent Service manager went out of his way ON THE PHONE, when I called for assistance; he tried to walk me through the problem with the computer panel before Service manager went out of his way ON THE PHONE, when I called for assistance; he tried to walk me through the problem with the computer panel before asking me to come to the dealership. When I went to dealership, he sat with me to try and resolve problem before we determined I needed to leave the car. My service rep, Shawn, set an appointment, got me a loaner car and stayed in touch to let me know the car would not be ready until the following day. When I went to pick it up, he was not satisfied with the wash (!) so sent it back to be re-cleaned. Overall great experience. More
