Awesome Experience I scheduled my S550 for service. The routine service was completely quickly, but there was a misunderstanding on dealing with some minor scratches. I scheduled my S550 for service. The routine service was completely quickly, but there was a misunderstanding on dealing with some minor scratches. While in the dealership, our salesman Frank DeLuca saw me and came right over. He wanted to make sure everything was going well. When I explained about the scratches, he quickly jumped in and got the issue fixed immediately! I was blown away. Frank is one of a kind.
