1 starI brought my car in for it’s oil change and they 1 star I brought my car in for it’s oil change and they recorded the wrong mileage. A few months later, I brought my car into a different dealershi 1 star I brought my car in for it’s oil change and they recorded the wrong mileage. A few months later, I brought my car into a different dealership for an unrelated issue and that dealership said my warranty was about to expire because I hadn’t had my oil changed in 16,000 miles. I only had 19,000 miles on the car at the time. They went ahead and changed my oil anyways and it cost me over $600. When I went back to Bonita Springs and asked what happened, they denied putting the wrong mileage down. I can prove that it was the wrong mileage because six months earlier I had my car serviced yet somewhere else and there was 2000 more miles on the car then they had recorded six months later. I was asking either for a refund for their mistake and having my oil changed again or for a free oil change next time and they have denied all of my requests and are still denying ever putting down the wrong mileage even though I have proof that they did that. I will never visit the store again and I don’t recommend anyone else having service there if they can make mistakes that easily and not go back and fix them or make it right. More

The work Jose did on my behalf was excellent I brought the car in for some follow up work from several months ago during "the season". I came back to Naples for some personal business and arranged, prior to my return, to bring the car in for the follow up. While being taken care of, Jose called to tell me of a new issue with the car's air conditioning. I was very, very surprised because the air conditioning had been working fine. The dealership let me keep the loaner for several extra days while they tried to find the cause of the problem. Initially, I was upset, but Jose managed the process and kept me informed, while he worked with the Service Director to resolve my concerns. More
