Excellent Service I had a check engine oil level light emerge over the weekend. They diagnosed and fixed the issue along with repairing a warranty issue with one of my seats within 2 business days. Hector did a great job of updating me every step along the way. I received my car on time, the paperwork was filled out digitally and I could just pick up my car. My car was freshly washed and waiting for me (it was also sanitized as this service appt occurred during the COVID-19 outbreak). What a great experience, we do not think we could go to another dealership for a new car purchase or for service given how great an experience we have had at Mercedes-Benz of Bonita Springs. It helps the facility is gorgeous and extremely clean too. More
