Excellent service I came in near closing time to have a tire repaired due to a nail in it. They took my car in immediately and told me it would be about an hour. Whil I came in near closing time to have a tire repaired due to a nail in it. They took my car in immediately and told me it would be about an hour. While I waited Geoff Kaleal greeted me and explained they would try to patch the hole. It took about 45 minutes and was the exact price quoted. Because it was closing time they did not wash my car & I was not expecting it as I just wanted the tire repaired. Geoff was so apologetic and went above and beyond to ensure I understood why it was not cleaned and invited me back for a detail/wash. I did not get back to mercedes for almost 2 weeks after. Geoff during that time called and emailed me reminding me that I was still due this service from the dealer. When I finally went in for a wash I was sitting in the waiting area when Geoff came in & was speaking to another customer. He looked over and asked if I remembered him! Geoff expressed how glad he was that I came back for the service he extended. In today's world it is so nice to receive personalized and sincere efforts and service from an individual like Geoff. I will ask for him when I come for service as well as when it's time to buy another car. More
