Since we were coming from out of town, we w We purchased a 2013 Cadillac Escalade from this dealership in August 2017. The experience was wonderful. Since we were coming from out of town, we were able to do almost everything over the phone and via email. When we arrived, they had the vehicle fully and impeccably detailed and ready for us to test drive. We were in and out of the dealership in about one hour, including the test drive time. Harry Sugarman was our sales representative. He was wonderful to work with and really went above and beyond for us. This dealership sells very high end vehicles with price points significantly higher than the used Cadillac we bought from them. However, we were treated with respect and as if we were just as valued as someone who buying a pricier new Mercedes. The quality of the used vehicles at this dealership is amazing. Their facilities are beautiful and comfortable. We highly recommend this vehicle and look forward to checking out their used inventory again in a few years from now. More
