Completely Pathetic in every respect I recently tried to have my car serviced at MB of Bonita Springs and couldn't have been more disappointed. First my calls went unanswered for 2-3 ti I recently tried to have my car serviced at MB of Bonita Springs and couldn't have been more disappointed. First my calls went unanswered for 2-3 times. Then I was finally able to leave a message., but no one called me back all day. I finally go through to a human at 5 PM to ensure they had a loaner for me, and was told to come on in. I got their 45 minutes later and the person I spoke to was no longer there and sure enough there wasn't any loaner. There was no remorse. I then tried to call the next day to scheduled another appointment and was told they wouldn't have any loaners for 9 more days. Thus, I called my old Standby, MB of Fort Myers, and sure enough they worked me into their schedule that day and found a loaner for me. MB of Bonita Springs doesn't hold a candle to MB of Fort Myers, and I will never go there again. More

Always an exceptional job I have been consistently satisfied with the service department for all that has been done on our 2 Mercedes over the last year. Service continues to do an excellent job. I likewise have them do an internal and external detail on each car at least annually and I think they do the best job of any provider in the greater Naples area. More
