Everything was all good I had to get new tires on my 2014 CL. Went Above and Beyond I purchased a CLA250 from another dealership as a CPO vehicle as a surprise Christmas gift for my Fiancé before leaving town for the holiday. After p I purchased a CLA250 from another dealership as a CPO vehicle as a surprise Christmas gift for my Fiancé before leaving town for the holiday. After purchase it was apparent that the vehicle was in fact NOT checked and of CPO quality, had a laundry list of items bad with the vehicle, however I was already out of town and the vehicle was not purchased locally. I contacted MB of Bonita Springs and Torrey who had worked on my e63 and informed him of the issues with the vehicle I had just purchased. Torrey went above and beyond the call of duty, went to my house while I was out of town, retrieved the vehicle, performed all the needed fixes on the vehicle AND returned it to my garage with bow on it for my return and surprise from our trip. Despite not having purchased the vehicle from MB of Bonita, Torrey and the staff did everything they needed to do to get the car fixed in time for our return, communicated with me via email over seas and got it back in time for the big reveal. I can't thank you all enough. More
