Jeffery spent the better part of an entire day with us, showing us many vehicles. We decided on a beautiful Certified SL400. The price was excellent and our trade was handled quickly and fairly. Jeffery even sent the car back to detail because he wasn't satisfied with the prep on the car. He replaced the lightly stained mats, filled the car with gas and spent over an hour getting us comfortable with the many features of the SL. Since purchase, he has called twice to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Mercedes Benz of Bonita Springs has a customer for life and we will, without a doubt, tell our friends that it was indeed "worth the trip". More

He was friendly, knowledgeable,very hospitable, and professional. I looked at a car the day before. I told him I needed to think about it and I would get back to him tomorrow. The next day I called back to negotiate a deal; unfortunately, they had just taken a deposit on the vehicle I was calling about. Jeff knew I was disappointed but said he would keep an eye open for a similar car. The next day Jeff called and said the deal fell though due to a health issue the person who put the deposit on the car. He asked if I was still interested and could come in. It was around 6pm and I live about an hour and a half from the dealership. I told him I could be there tomorrow when they open. Even though it was Jeff's day off, he met me at the dealership the next morning. We negotiated a deal and I bought the car that day. More

I’ve worked with the other Mercedes dealerships in SW Florida, and by far, my experience with Mercedes Benz of Bonita Springs, particularly Frank Deluca on the sales side, Zubair Ali, the service manager and Carlos, the shop foreman, make this dealership the best vehicle consumer experience I’ve been a part of. As an added benefit, this dealership, which only opened in 2016 is state of the art, comfortable and welcoming. More
