Excellent service and buying experience! We were very impressed with our first experience at this dealership. It was effiecient and focused on our needs. The sales guy that we dealt with was Brett Shields and he handled our internet inquirey, our visit and drive, and our purchase perfectly. We had visited another dealer that was actually closer to our home, but after emailing some with Brett we decided to drive a little farther and see what he had to offer. He was more of a consultant than the pressure sales we saw at the Fort Myers dealership. Brett was focused on finding what we wanted and clear on all aspects of the purchase. He is an asset to your organization. The technical guy was also easy to be with and clear in is instructions and use of the car. I dont recall his name though. Joe Irpino was very clear in our additional options and costs. I really liked his style of work. No pressure. Just the facts. I cant see any reaon to go anywhere else to buy a Mercedes. More
