Wonderful experience Several months ago I bought my mercedes from Frank Deluca , and not that he is a great sales person who went above and beyond to help me get exactly Several months ago I bought my mercedes from Frank Deluca , and not that he is a great sales person who went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I wanted,and I am so thankful for that, but he also helped me alot when i was involved in an accident not to long ago. I emailed him about my accident with some questions and even tho he is in sales and not colision he responded and was there to take care of me and answer any question I might have. Frank was there for me every step of the way! Him and Torrey Tammaro, my amazing service advisor, even contacted colision service for me for any updates ...Frank followed up with me via phone calls emails and text massages regularly ...the day i finally got my car back I went in to personaly thank him for everything and tell him how much I appreciate everything he had done, he amazed me once again!!
