With that being said, we had some issues with the car I ordered, but Frank jumped in and got it straightened out with the help of the sales manager who did a great job and satisfied me. They had a ship a car in from Boston them straightened it out. The problem was Mercedes-Benz manufacture. I had ordered an all wheel drive and they shipped a rear wheel drive and had the label on the back of the vehicle that it was all-wheel-drive. This was no fault through the dealership. Also, Tory Has been serving all of my cars and it’s done a great job. That’s another reason I come here. I had issues in the past at the Naples, store will never go there again. Can never get a good price. Could never get good service course that was 10 years or more ago. More
