We were hesitant to take our Mercedes Benz CLS 450 to MB Boerne for service as in the past we have purchased & serviced several vehicles from them & the service experiences are typically horrible, and the l Boerne for service as in the past we have purchased & serviced several vehicles from them & the service experiences are typically horrible, and the last sales experience so horrible that we ended up buying this vehicle at MB of San Antonio. However, when faced with a recall check, we decided that as MB Boerne is only 2 miles away, how bad could they mess up a simple recall check? So we scheduled online (very convenient) & actually got a next day appointment on a Sat! We dropped it off with no hassle. Charles Spencer was our Service Advisor. He was very professional & friendly. Charles got us out of there in a matter of minutes & called a few hours later to let us know it was all set with no repairs necessary. We picked it up with no wait, no hassle and they even washed it for us! This visit, if not a fluke, has restored our faith in at least the Service Dept at Mercedes Benz of Boerne & we’ll be back to test them again for regularly scheduled maintenance. More
