They washed the car and there were hard water spots on the entire car. Took me 1.5 hrs to get them off. Not very happy. The passenger headrest was all the way up and I couldn't figure out how to get it ba the entire car. Took me 1.5 hrs to get them off. Not very happy. The passenger headrest was all the way up and I couldn't figure out how to get it back down. Told our service advisor and he explained where the button was but i didn't see what he said it looked like. Went back inside to see him again but he was with a customer. Finally the lady at the loaner vehicle counter went out to my car and figured it out. Our service advisor should have done that. More
