While Pat our Service Advisor was professional and courteous as always, the value of the Service A performed did not justify the price. Most annoying was the ongoing attempt to “UpSell” services th courteous as always, the value of the Service A performed did not justify the price. Most annoying was the ongoing attempt to “UpSell” services that were not requested or were not needed based on mileage and age of the car. This practice should be illegal! People not familiar with car are likely being cheated or conned into unwarranted work. To tell me that my car was in need of Spark Plug replacement at 35000 miles. The price of $1100.00 Is blatantly dishonest. Then to tell me that the Wiring Harness needs to replaced as well for an additional $ 2600.00 is beyond the pale! We will never again have our vehicle serviced at Mercedes of Boerne. It is about time to step up to a newer model but it certainly won’t be purchased from your dishonest Dealership. More
I did not have an appointment and stopped by to service a tire issue. The assistant manager Lynda De La Cruz immediately worked me into the service schedule. My car was diagnosed quickly and repairs comple tire issue. The assistant manager Lynda De La Cruz immediately worked me into the service schedule.
