I bought a 2022 Mercedes new and experienced a multitude of error codes from the vehicle, one of which makes the steering pull to the right while driving among other issues. After receiving 3 different lone of error codes from the vehicle, one of which makes the steering pull to the right while driving among other issues. After receiving 3 different loner cars and months of trying to get the issues fixed the dealership told me they can not fix the issues this car has and I MUST return their loaner car to the dealership or they will file a stollen vehicle report and arrest me. I told them I don't want my car back if it is not fixed and we are now in the process of transferring the vehicle to a different dealership. I never received any communication about the status of my car through any of this which is not good and when I called to check on its status the manager told me he doesn't want to work on it. I then got the police involved to sort everything out and we are moving forward but the bottom line is this dealership lacks communication and the knowledge to fix the cars issues. Two separate issues now and they have basically told me they don't know how to fix it. The first issue got fixed with the steering wheel shaking over bumps but I had to tell their mechanics the cpu codes to fix that! I got on the Mercedes-Benz online forums and finally found the answer to educate their mechanics who are trained way more than I am and that took months too. Ridiculous! I do not recommend this dealership to anyone, for anything. Period. More

Had to finally do my own financing after they screwed that up after 15 days. Have called no less than 10 times, emailed several dozen more, sent texts...all to try to find out where my title is. Nothing, no response. So I am left with a car with plates not properly transferred, no taxes paid, no title in hand, no ability to register vehicle. I also purchased an extended warranty that I now believe was never submitted to the warranty company...FRAUD!! Main culprits are Wilson Johnson, Juan Prado and Nick McClintock. More
Never buy another Mercedes. Period. I purchased one at the beginning of 2023 and it has been nothing but problems. The way they make cars really hurts the dealerships now too. Period. Bought a new amg c43 Mercedes. It was supposed to have Run-flat tires. At 18,000. Miles we’ve had 2 flats, and a new battery. Problem is, I live 90 minutes away from this location. They would not allow me to file over the phone so I am the one with the loss and will not be compensated. More
Grossinger Motor’s in Normal has the best customer service I had the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. I had high expectations of Mercedes Benz dealers. The Mercedes Benz dealer in Champaign’s cus I had the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. I had high expectations of Mercedes Benz dealers. The Mercedes Benz dealer in Champaign’s customer service didn’t meet the Mercedes Benz standard. So I had to go to Grossinger in Normal the receive the terrific service I received. They delivered my car and paperwork to me. They also went above and beyond to deliver my license plates to me, walk me through the capabilities of my new vehicle, and set up my garage opener. This was beyond amazing. Sam and Brett provided me the best customer service I’ve ever received from a dealership! I look forward to working with Grossinger in the future. More

I tool my 2008 E350 for service for two campaign which one was a Mbrace Update. And also had them check for windshield wiper fluid nozzle not working. Mbrace wont work after the update and after calling B one was a Mbrace Update. And also had them check for windshield wiper fluid nozzle not working. Mbrace wont work after the update and after calling Benz I have to take it back to dealership for a reset or something they have to do. On the nozzle problem they charged me for checking and wont even let me know or call to say do you want to replace. So it is not replaced and dont even know whether they ordered the part for replacement. Also had to wait for 45 minutes to pick the car when I could see the car in the parking lot. More
