The first snobby lady I met at the door didn't even say a word to me. After standing around for few minutes, I approached another sales rep that eventually decided to assist. Then I had to wait for him forever! After about an hour ...I was finally attended to. I could have be attended to in 15minutes, I just had few questions. I even scheduled an appointment online a day before! I won't be doing business at this dealership, going to BMW and getting an X5 instead! More

I have visited this dealer twice. Both times was a pleasant experience. I worked with Bernard as my service rep and Gweneth took care of my loaner car needs. They both understand the importance of people who have to drop their car off and make it to the office by 8am. That was very much appreciated!!! My car stopped running so I had it towed to this dealership.I was expecting a high-quality service, but the fact proved that I was wrong. Later on, I waited for another 15 minutes and finally I was told that they do not have the equipment to fix the problem of my car and asked me to go to another dealership. I had been taking my ML350 truck to Mercedes of Bloomfield for routine services for the past four years because i wanted to be sure that i had the best and quality service. However, on November 30, I took my truck in for a routine service and the tech was negligent in replacing the oil cap and as a result, caused damage ($7,555) to my engine within 24 hours of service.
