After 50 days of delays and incomplete repairs, my car was sent back without resolution. Despite paying in full, I was told the car was fixed and the key would not be released until I signed the final bil was sent back without resolution. Just picked up my 3rd Mercedes from Mark Lazkowski at this dealer and it was an awesome experience. Actually, it was even better than the car I picked up from them 3 years ago - this time there was a hug this dealer and it was an awesome experience. Actually, it was even better than the car I picked up from them 3 years ago - this time there was a huge red bow on the car hood with a sign in the window stating it belonged to me - my name. Fast, smooth, easy transaction and Alan who helped show me all the systems and features in the car was awesome. I even had him help me on the phone to program my garage door opener. More

I had a horrendous experience with the dealership, bought a GLS 450 and was told it was a V8 only to find out later it was a V6 engine. I went to CPO car because they were adding 5000 Over MSRP on an AMG GL a GLS 450 and was told it was a V8 only to find out later it was a V6 engine. I went to CPO car because they were adding 5000 Over MSRP on an AMG GLC 43 I wanted to buy. They said it was because there is shortage on cars and they can. Be very careful and verify all the information they provide to you. I also bought a GLE 350 which in the MBUSA.com showed as Certified Pre-Owned and after the fact when I tried to get the CPO paperwork they told me this car was NOT certified. I am upset beyond words and this marks the end of any future relationship with this dealer. More

I am not sure about everywhere else , but i notice that the price online for vehicles for sale here look a bit cheaper than around in MI . In the main hall in front , it looked more organized and please the eyes than my first visit . People working there were pro and more social than another luxury brand where I paid visits before. OK . And here is my words only for the manufacture of Mercedes Benz : I got a spare tire for my GLA 250 4MATTIC 2022. Nobody like to get things happening ! I think you understand what I mean .Thank you all. More
