Because of our great experience with Steve when buying that car, when we were ready to buy a new car this month, we went directly to Steve. We live in Atlanta, where there are no less than five Mercedes-Benz dealerships, but because of Steve Carter's personable, easy-going style of salesmanship and Mercedes-Benz of Birmingham's great inventory and customer service, we chose to make the drive from Atlanta to Birmingham to purchase our new car! Other dealers within 150 miles of Auburn were slow to respond, but this dealer got back to us quickly and we negotiated the deal over the phone. We weren't going to drive over 100 miles from Auburn unless we knew the deal was right. Zac Tyler (ex-Special Forces and a helluva nice guy) was our salesperson, and he and the rest of the folks we dealt with were not your typical car dealer personnel. No high-pressure sales tactics on anything - totally professional. I've bought over 30 cars in my life and this group is right at the top of the list for courtesy and professionalism. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car! More
