My wonderful experience with "Mercedes Bea" ! Well first of all, I came to this dealership because I like their Service Dept. They have always been first class in their work and their amenities. P Well first of all, I came to this dealership because I like their Service Dept. They have always been first class in their work and their amenities. Please understand that I am not the easiest person to deal with. I tend to be very particular, especially with things of importance to me. However, in this case I had trouble deciding on which vehicle I wanted, so I was even harder to deal with I am sure ! I must have worn my sales person ( Bea Mohsenin ) out, going back and forth. However, she always had a smile, was always polite and helpful. After I took delivery of my 2016 GLE 350, she was still helpful and is even helpful now. I foresee that Bea will go far in this business. She knows it well, and has her heart and soul in it. What more could I possibly say ? Thank you Bea ! More

I found the model I had been searching for listed on Autotrader and immediately emailed the What a great first-time experience purchasing a Mercedes! I found the model I had been searching for listed on Autotrader and immediately emailed the dealership for more info. I received a response from Ghali within an hour and made plans to test drive the car that evening. Even though we were possibly the only customers left in the building (it was an hour til closing time), we never felt rushed. Ghali took his time with us and did a great job making sure we were comfortable before committing to the purchase. When we returned a few days later to finish up the paperwork and pick up the car, we were genuinely welcomed and helped. Every associate we encountered was friendly- the customer service here is top notch. We felt the sense of pride behind what these people do; quality can be seen not only in the products sold, but in the process in which the products are sold. Friend suggested give the NEW Mercedes dealership a shot. Dealt with this facility prior to change in ownership and had not been satisfied. Needless to say that has changed. General sales manager and entire sales team first class!! Next thing I know turned in Jaguar early and now driving Mercedes. Extremely customer friendly. Wife was driving 2016 Infiniti QX80. Too much of SUV for her. Sales team made an incredible deal now driving ML 450. Highly recommend a very pleasant and excellent sales person, Beatrix Mohsenin, who is second to none in her knowledge of Mercedes products.
