Nick then connected me with Zac Tyler, my Sales Specialist. Zac was awesome and very patient with me as I changed my mind 100 times on color, options and even models. He was fun to work with and made car shopping a lot less stressful for me. And then once I moved on to finance I met with Kim Underwood, the Finance Manager. Kim was fantastic! She answered all of my questions and made the finance part quick and painless. The team at Mercedes of Birmingham truly does represent what the Mercedes brand exudes. CLASS.
