As the son of a mechanic I know my way around cars and how to weed the good from the bad. I was a little more than concerned about the idea of buying a car that I personally had never driven and shared this concern with Mark. Mark has an easy way about himself by not being pushy and being more of a consultant than a sales rep. He became my eyes and ears by gathering information, test driving the car himself and by having one of their certified Mercedes Technicians also drive and share with me his thoughts on the car. I live in Florida and flew in the night before so I could get an early start on the drive home. Mark picked me up at the hotel and had everything ready when we arrived at the dealership. A quick signature, a full tank of gas and I was on my way south in a car that met or exceeded all of my expectations.
