He assisted me through the process and even brought me coffee. I had done a lot of online review searching, on this Mercedes and was not sure what to expect from this location on arrival. Good experience overall except car wasn't clean Not bad. Michael the sales specialist was nice and very helpful and attentive. I bought a used Toyota so not their average customer. The interior was dirty and I had to clean myself. I guess buying a cheap car from a Mercedes dealer one can expect it though Michael told me part of the extra fees I was paying covered things like detailing a used car to place on the lot. This car was not detailed. Overall, they have a nice dealership and most everyone was friendly. Eddie the finance manager was helpful getting me a good interest rate for the loan. More
