Purchased 2 cars in four months I was referred to Ghali when I called the dealership a few days after my 2010 E-350 had been totaled in an accident. After pausing to be grateful that the 3 of us in the car at the time of the accident were not injured, I set out on an emotional journey to find a good replacement vehicle. To complicate the situation, I had promised to give my daughter the 2010 vehicle and purchase a 2018, when they were released. Obviously, the accident changed my plans. Having never purchased a used car, I was not quite sure how to proceed. Ghali helped me locate and purchase a certified used vehicle (2014 E350) for my daughter and purchase a 2017 300 series for myself. Ghali provided me lots of information and smoothed the path for my purchase of both cars between March 1 and June 30. Kim Underwood whizzed me through the paperwork. What a great team! More
