DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE...THEFT! I am a business man with not much time. My car (S550) was brought to this dealership (as we usually do) for service. Like most people, I did not empty my personal belongings from the car, included in those a Cartier sun glasses gifted by my wife on my birthday. Long story short, the sun glasses were stolen during the time my car was in service. We went back to the dealership asking them to find them or replace them if needed. It took 2 weeks for them to look into it and instead of coming back with an apology, they came back saying that they reviewed the video cameras on premises and they decided not to replace the glasses because they could not see someone taking them. Do they have cameras in the cars?! Bottom line calling me a liar, which is just outrageous! I have never experienced such an attitude. Monday I will review my legal options with my lawyer, probably will cost me more to sue them than the glasses are worth, but the fact that they are saying that I am lying versus recognizing their own theft problems (yes, I am not the first one facing this issue), makes it worth the trouble. It is unfortunate, yet someone needs to make them take theft of personal belongings as a serious matter. More

Terry Mckie was my assigned Service Advisor I arrived early and expected to wait, I was about 20 min early LA traffic can be unpredictable, and to my surprise I waited maybe 2 minutes before Terry greeted me and started checking in my car, all along the repair process Terry kept me up to speed via phone and email. Terry went above and beyond to insure I was satisfied and I am so pleased I got to work with him!! Hopefully I won't have to go back soon but if I do I will only see Terry!! More
Greatdealing from out-of-stste I purchased a Certified Pre-owned 2010 SLK350 from them after seeing its listing on E-Bay. I dealt with Steve Brown who was very helpful and responsive. I didn't get a great buy but I bought it at a fair price and the car, despite having 26,000 miles, looked showroom new. When I received it there was a very small, noticeable only on very close inspection, repainted stone chip on the front bumper and the stitching on the driver's seat was slightly worn in one spot. Otherwise it was immaculate. Once I began driving it I discovered that a speaker in the driver's door was blown but my local dealer replaced it under the certified pre-owned warranty. The entire transaction went very smoothly, Mr. Brown kept me advised every step of the way, and arranged for the car's transportation. I couldn't be more pleased with the car, Steve Brown, and Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills. More

I was told I would have to make an appointment in order to be given a spare car. Thus I had to take the bus to work in Glendale, CA. After returning from work (a two hour bus ride each way) to Mecedes-Benz Service Center I discover my battery on the E-car was so low and I ran out of enegy on the way home. Had to call AAA and discovered my E-car was missing a componet that makes it easier to be towed. I am very upset because when I turned the car in that the morning, it had a Full Charge. When I picked my car up it was on "E" and the Air Conditioner was on full blast which confuses me because the car was recalled for Struts, Steering and Suspention Box Screws. More
3 times to the dealer and no help I have taken my Mercedes B to Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills three times. Each time with the same complaint. My Mercedes B specifications say that I s I have taken my Mercedes B to Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills three times. Each time with the same complaint. My Mercedes B specifications say that I should be able to get 85 miles on each charge. I have never had more than 72 miles on a charge. Each time they say the charging system is operating normally. So I get almost 20 percent less than specified in their online documentation, and they say it's operating normally. Pretty Sad for a Mercedes Benz. I also can't connect my iPhone 6 Plus to the cable in the car and have it operate through the cable. I have brought this to their attention and they say it is ok now, but it still doesn't work. Always says unrecognized device. I have also brought it in 3 separate times for various screen displaying... "Service Requested..." and they remove the codes, and I wait for them to come back again. Pretty sad to have all these problem on a Mercedes Benz that is less than a year old and less than 6,000 miles. The last service time was a week. Not sure what they did during that time... More

He is patient, personable, highly knowledgeable, very honest and goes out of his way to take care of his clients with great care. He was not overly pushy with the sale, he listened to my needs and concerns, found me the perfect car and he even came in on his day off to spend three hours personally teaching me all the technology in the car. Always with a smile. Everyone I worked with there, including the finance rep was lovely and accomodating. More

This is my second car with BEVERLY HILLS MERCEDES BENZ after my 2012 C63 AMG had too many problems, gave them a second chance and look..... make your choice carefully!! ...good luck.” ………And then Sending the POLICE to my BUSINESS place at 9:00 P.M. to take away my loaner car, after a few words with the police officers explaining the situation, they quoted "WHAT A SELFISH MANAGER" !! they ended up letting me keep the loaner car. The very next morning I arrived at the dealership, At first when I requested to meet with BRUCE THE GM, he refused to meet with me!! After begging my service advisor numerous of times, then BRUCE finely showed up. I recently purchased a 2012 E350 Cabriolet retired from Hertz Rental Fleet. (They have amazing deals). I immediatly took the vehicle to MB Bev Hills to see if there were any issues. (Bev Hills was reco Hertz Rental Fleet. (They have amazing deals). I immediatly took the vehicle to MB Bev Hills to see if there were any issues. (Bev Hills was recomended by three local friends). Mike Stillwell was my service contact. Friendly thoughtful. Pursued all possible issues. Gave the car a clean bill of health and even installed a Bev Hills MB - license plate holder. My second follow up visit was equally pleasant. I have owned several Lexus and one Audi recently and would put the MB service experience as just a tad better than Lexus. My Audi experience was much lower. More
