I purchased an E350 (2022) on 12/31/2023 from MBBH. Registration and license plate never arrived so I contacted my salesman, Mark xxxxx on 03/22/2024. I explained that $671 was paid as part of the sale for registration and title transfer. Under CA laws, MBBH must transfer title within 15 days. That never happened. I checked with the DMV, and there is no record of a title transfer. I called Mark, and Mark was to check with his internal colleague, Brenda. I left numerous calls for both Mark and Brenda but neither ever returned my calls. This is clearly a breach of contract for failing to transfer title. I also emailed Ridgley (internet sales), who was very eager for a sale initially, but when I emailed for inquiries, there was never a courtesy reply. I am very disappointed with the level of service, or lack of, from a reputable dealer. I understand mistakes do happen. However, MBBH failed to reach out to rectify a contractual issue. More
The Beverly Hills Mercedes service department never disappoints. It was easy to get an appointment. I was checked in promptly and I got my car sooner than the time I was told I would get it. Andreas my service advisor, was friendly, courteous and listened to all my needs. The rest of the staff including Lua from the reception to all the people working on the floor, were friendly, professional and took pride in their work. There are too many potholes in Los Angeles, which means I visit the service center far too often. But JACKIE FLAMENCO is absolutely wonderful – she works so hard to get my car fixed in a timely fashion with visit the service center far too often.
