A day After I had my service at BH Mercedes, I realized my back windshield cover cap was missed. So I asked for finding my missing part, but they couldn’t find it and the service rep. Told me he could order the part. It’s been 2 month now and the service rep. Gosted me. This is very unpleasant experience with Mercedes Benz service. I regret I left 5 star review for this service.
