Car wash and body work The dealership is not organized when it comes to making an appointment and finding your self waiting meanwhile other customers Segovia are coming afte The dealership is not organized when it comes to making an appointment and finding your self waiting meanwhile other customers Segovia are coming after you will be seen right away. After the service is done they charge you for washing your car and really do a terrible job. I had to take my car to be washed twice and twice they didn't wash it right. In fact the inside of the car had the same trash in it that when I brought it back to rewash it was still in the same place untouched. After the first wash I had multiple scratches and I had to bring it to them for removal and still came out with more scratches. Terrible place for service. The service agent was really trying however but you can tell that service department is not run well. I will not recommend service there. More
