They made purchasing a car a very pleasurable experience. The entire staff was polite, attentive, competent, and extremely professional. Thanks Mercedes Benz of Beverly Hills. The entire staff was polite, attentive, competent, and extremely professional. Thanks Mercedes Benz of Beverly Hills. More
Service was average to above average until the deal was closed. Then after the sale was made and errors needed corrections, the staff was rude, unresponsive and after 3-4 months, still hasn't fixed their closed. Then after the sale was made and errors needed corrections, the staff was rude, unresponsive and after 3-4 months, still hasn't fixed their error. I haven't had such a negative experience with a car dealer and especially didn't expect this from a luxury brand. Beware, once they have your money they have no more interest in you. More
I purchased a new Mercedes a year ago and the overall experience was superb. The salesman I dealt with at that time sbsequently left the dealership and, when looking for another car, I returned to MB of experience was superb. The salesman I dealt with at that time sbsequently left the dealership and, when looking for another car, I returned to MB of BH and was handled by Internet sales Mgr David Markley. The experience could not have been better. The autos he showed and the care he provided made the choice easy. I'm very happy with the car and extremely pleased I bought here again. David is a consummate professional and could not have done a finer job. More
I took my car in because the door to the gas tank wouldn't open. They told me that the motor was dead and needed to be replaced. I couldn't leave my car that day so they pried the door open so that I wouldn't open. They told me that the motor was dead and needed to be replaced. I couldn't leave my car that day so they pried the door open so that I could get gas and rigged it so that it wouldn't lock again. I returned yesterday because the door had somehow managed to lock and I couldn't open the gas tank and the same person helped me again. This time however he told me that he couldn't open the door because the lock was bent. I pointed out that he had opened it last time and he remembered me. He calls the service advisor who then tells me that my warranty won't cover the repair since the lock is bent and it's going to cost me $450 to repair. I naturally point out that their technician bent it when he pried it open, the technician confirmed that he had opened it. I declined service and went to Van Nuys Mercedes where they told me that there is an EMERGENCY RELEASE switch; the exact words were "I don't know why they'd pry it open when there's an emergency release switch in the trunk". My car was then repaired under warranty since the motor shouldn't have failed in the first place. I don't recommend this place at all, they are rude, they lack knowledge about the cars they work on, they never answer the phone, and they lie about what's covered by warranty. Do not go to this dealer More
Went in to buy and SLS and the car was sold, understnadable. Looked at an SL 63, was quoted a number, manager worked the numbers, asked for a deposit and car was put on hold. Had my Bank Manager understnadable. Looked at an SL 63, was quoted a number, manager worked the numbers, asked for a deposit and car was put on hold. Had my Bank Manager on a Sunday as a favor pull all the credit they needed, was waiting to take up to cars as trade in and i get a call. Sorry !!! we used the wrong residual, monthly payment went up $800 each month on a 36 moth lease. he had quoted the numbers and worked everything out 3 times whilst submitting the credit. Cannot believe they work like this, only person with any integrity is Fuzzy the General Manager. Unfortunately this is not enough to maintain either a personal or proefessional relationship moving forward. my perosnal busines will go to another vehicle manufacturer ( Look up my histiry and i think i have had 7 cars in 5 eyars from you ) and professionally my comments if and when asked will be to never consider doing business. Vadim is amazing. He is in the Internet Sales Dept. and gave me a great offer up front - no nonsense. His price was better than the other dealerships I tried which surprised me given the "Beverly Hills" a gave me a great offer up front - no nonsense. This dealership is probably the worst I have ever been to, they have all the fluff to make themselves look high-end but when it comes to real service and standing behind the product they run the other way to, they have all the fluff to make themselves look high-end but when it comes to real service and standing behind the product they run the other way, I had a problem with brakes that was purely due to their own production problem and while they admitted to being a problem they have, they wanted me to pay over $800 to fix their problem, needless to say I refused, everyone was rude and wouldn’t take responsibility, don’t go there, furthermore I am NOT getting another Mercedes, I believe Lexus has better service and stand behind their product More
I am now on my 3rd time trying to have an "ESP" light fixed. The dealer does not know what the problem is, they have refused to provide a loan car while they figure out what the problem is and fin light fixed. The dealer does not know what the problem is, they have refused to provide a loan car while they figure out what the problem is and finally, when the car was delivered to me they forgot to install a trunk panel. When I went back to the dealer to reinstall the part no one did and I had to install it myself. The problem on the car is still not fixed. More
The "M" class lost all of the steering oil at 65 miles on the highway! shortly afterwards, we received a generic letter from Mercedes Benz 'alerting' us to the steering 'problem' with this type o 65 miles on the highway! shortly afterwards, we received a generic letter from Mercedes Benz 'alerting' us to the steering 'problem' with this type of vehicle.<br>4 visits to the service dept. later, the problem persists, while MBZ of Beverly Hills refused to buy the car back from the lease, though only 4 months remained on the 48 month-long lease, so they dismissed us with 3 free months of lease payments which hardly compensates for the year-long agony, and life threatening experiences that we have had to endure.<br>"Engineered like no other car in the world" they say, "Wrong!" we say.
