I had my 2002 there for 3 weeks meanwhile I had a beautiful loaner mine was a very odd problem with a sensor but they finally located it and fixed it I had my 2002 there for 3 weeks meanwhile I had a beautiful loaner mine was a very odd problem with a sensor but they finally located it and fixed it - they kept it until they found the problem and the even took it for a long ride that I Ok'd to make sure it was ok . So I bought a new GLK while my 2002 was in the Shop so my daughter will get the ML !They were terrific ! More
