One star because zero star is not allowed I call Mercedes of Beverly Hills made an appointment for 8 am, on arrivals general manager told me go to desk mr Andreas Kroner so I did suddenly Andreas ra Mercedes of Beverly Hills made an appointment for 8 am, on arrivals general manager told me go to desk mr Andreas Kroner so I did suddenly Andreas raised his voice IAM ON PHONE I left I was shocked then he started telling me his department overbooked why I did not call me to make appointment I told him I called the Mercedes of Beverly Hills he said no that is Texas call center I said really I not know what’s going on here for 10 minutes he try to educate me I said tell this problem to your general manager he said he can’t do anything the I went and complained to service manager I wonder how mr Andrea fell if someone treat him the why he treated me HE WAS RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL if he doesn’t like his job he can find another he likes, in the future I will not going near that gentleman.Never again until Andreas is wearing there More
I brought my Mercedes-Benz 2019 A220 in for service on 5. 2.2023, more than FOUR MONTHS AGO. I was told by the Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills service advisors that the part needed could not be located in t 2.2023, more than FOUR MONTHS AGO. I was told by the Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills service advisors that the part needed could not be located in the USA or Canada, so it needed to be ordered from Germany. Allegedly, it was to be shipped from Germany on 6/27.....it never arrived. Then they missed that delivery date, and I was told it was being shipped on 7/24...it never arrived. Then I was told the next update was on 9/7 which was yesterday. I went in person and they still have no idea when the part will be shipped. This is NOT an exotic car. It’s a 2019 A220, a basic model. I am awaiting an update from Mercedes-Benz USA regarding the buyback program. To say this experience has been disappointing and infuriating is an understatement. I never expected to be treated this poorly by a company that considers itself a "luxury brand." Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills has demonstrated over the past four months that it does not value its customers. More
