AMAZING service! I'd ordered a new key for my Mercedes and Terry at the Service Center was my advisor - I can not praise this man enough. Not only was he extremely helpful, he just saved me a lot of money & gave my car a complimentary wash to boot. Everyone from the help desk to the coffee stand was nothing but sweet and lovely. I found my 2014 E Class on Ebay motors and contacted Steve Brown I have been buying cars for 45 years and this was my best car buying experience ever. I found my 2014 E Class on Ebay motors and contacted Steve Brown who runs their Ebay sales dept at Beverly Hills Mercedes Benz. I really appreciate the service Steve Brown gave me. He was very fair as we negotiated the price I would pay for the car. He was just so pleasant to deal with and helpful with everything. Steve was just the BEST!! I also had very good contact there with Steve Bobak (used car manager) and Fuzzy Naseri (finance) who were both very helpful with my car buying experience. More

bad service I have owned a Mercedes Benz for many years and have been going here for a long time. The service is not the same as before. You have to wait for 4 I have owned a Mercedes Benz for many years and have been going here for a long time. The service is not the same as before. You have to wait for 4 days for a loan a car. My service advisor, Joe, was not really interested in solving the problem and wanted to order expensive parts to be replaces since the car is under warranty. I was very displeased with their service. The part ended up not even being needed after I had to leave the car there for a week without them giving me a loaner. More
Service department poor service. Service department has changed from prior good service. Took too long to repair, paid way over estimate, when there to pick up car it was not there an Service department has changed from prior good service. Took too long to repair, paid way over estimate, when there to pick up car it was not there and ready as promised. Takes average of 10 minutes to get service department to answer telephone. This dealership has been going down hill from prior years in the service department. More
