After the service is done they charge you for washing your car and really do a terrible job. I had to take my car to be washed twice and twice they didn't wash it right. In fact the inside of the car had the same trash in it that when I brought it back to rewash it was still in the same place untouched. After the first wash I had multiple scratches and I had to bring it to them for removal and still came out with more scratches. Terrible place for service. The service agent was really trying however but you can tell that service department is not run well. I will not recommend service there. More

Alex is an amazingly kind person who patiently listened to my words, he understood my situation and put me on my dreams car. They gave me a convertible c300 which is a decent car. If you think you it's impossible to drive a dream car like Mercedes, then call Alex and he will change your world and will help you in any way he can. Besides all their fantastic service, They have an adorable Manager Nadia. If you get a chance to talk to her, you will fall in love with this dealership.
