Will never buy from them again! If i could mark 0 stars i would definitely? do. I made a trade-in? on my old car with market value of $10k-$13K so i picked the model i wanted and aft If i could mark 0 stars i would definitely? do. I made a trade-in? on my old car with market value of $10k-$13K so i picked the model i wanted and after they checked my car they said its been reported of damages? on body and the value is $6K, the manager and the lady who checked the mechanic both said this is the value of the car, its not safe to drive with it and the price they will give for it is $6K and when i wanted to ask for more than $6K the manager wanted to cancel the deal. Somehow i took the 6k has a down payment for the new car and trusted them that this is really the value of the car. i made a ?huge mistake putting my trust on them, i shouldn't? get at that day this car and was too excited to cancel it which they was absolutely? used it to make me stupid and get the car in that cheap price. Eventually i found out that the car value is at leat $9.3K and as adealership? you sell it at least $14k. i called mark the guy who is taking care of the service to get back the real value and be fair with me and guess what? "oh I'm? so sorry but youre calling 10 days after the deal, even if i want to do something i cant..." - you see, you guys was far away from being loyal with me, telling stories on the car "its not safe" and when i found out its was bulshit you talking about that we already signed a contract?! or you guys choose to be loyal and pay a FAIR price for trade in or your guys trying to tell stories to ?tell to your clients to make them stupid, you cant do both. Btw, mark said he will call me back after he will check what was in the deal and its been one week since we talked and didn't? call me back... More

Mostly good Was in for 1yr lease maintenance servicing. I had called ahead to check cost. Service person honored the rate I'd been given, but only after writing estimate up at a higher rate, and me asking. Waiting areas comfortable. Was told they no longer vacuum inside of car, but although service person wouldn't guarantee, he did request, and it did get done. They've made a number of changes since I was there a year ago (also for a leased Smart Car maintenance service), but none exactly seemed to target the customer experience (probably more about their 'bottom line'). I was also told they've stopped selling Smart Cars and would likely stop servicing them within the next 3 years - disappointing. More

Disspoitment and complete waste of my time I towed my car there after an accident. They quoted me on prices that kept drastically changing. For 2 straight days I had to deal with them while my I towed my car there after an accident. They quoted me on prices that kept drastically changing. For 2 straight days I had to deal with them while my car sat there with nothing done. They wouldn’t give me a loaner or A RENTAL. Simply because the girls at service were incapable of reading insurance paper work properly. When I asked for a manager they introduced me to a girl that had no idea what she was doing as well, so I knew she wasn’t an actual manager. On the 3rd day of dealing with this nonesense I decided to tow my car to MB Encino and told them to put my car back together the way it was. When I came to pick it up they tried to charge me for an alignment that wasn’t done, I asked for the manager again.. and finally met the REAL one. I explained what has been going on and what kind of effort I had to put into something so ridiculous. She apologized and said she didn’t know my car has been here for 2 days. Stated that she will take care of it and get me a loaner. At that point I was through and not interested in giving them any money! Towed my car to the other dealership and couldn’t believe how easy it was to actually get things done. More
