Original Owner and 30-year Mercedes Brand Loyalist who only services my vehicles at MB Dealer Owned Service Facikities. I brought my vehicle with just over 36,000 miles in to MB-BH for a Service B and re only services my vehicles at MB Dealer Owned Service Facikities. I brought my vehicle with just over 36,000 miles in to MB-BH for a Service B and repair of a “never flat” flat tire which had failed with less than 10,000 miles of wear along with the vehicles 6th brake replacement due to known faulty MB-Rotors which warp at almost exactly every 6,000 miles and slightly worn pads. I also had a budget of $250,000 which I entended to use for the purchase of a new Mercedes-Benz as a second vehicle. MB-Bh Servjce recommended extensive repairs to the vehicle many of which were based on MB part failures versus owner “wear and tear.” Net/Net, I was made to feel like I was a “problem” that needed to be managed vs. A loyal brand owner who was questioning why promised former repairs were not holding up, nor were they being honored by MB Corporation when they knew there were issues. To demonstrate my position, I was called by the Servjce Advisor in the early afternoon that I was my vehicle was ready for pick-up and that MB-Bh would begin to charge me $120 / day if I did not pick up my vehicle by 5:00 pm closing. When I asked if the replacement tire had arrived and the repair made, I was told, “Oh yeah! The Tire!” My car was immediately taken of the “ready for pick up list.” Due to my experience at MB-BH and MB-Brand’s inability to stand by their products, and a CLEAR lack of appreciation, short-sidedness, apparent yet prevailing “Auto Steiger Spirit” regarding unnecessary or in-completed repairs.:: When I picked up my car post what ended up being a SERVICE B, Tire Replacement and premature spark-plug service based on mileage specs, I had immediate system notifications regarding tire pressure (every tire at a different pressure with a gap between highest / lowest of #5, and a Check Coolant notification which forced me to drive the car immediately over to Keyes Service for more service and services which should have been prioritized over a services such as a Spark Plug Service based on actual mikes. When I opened the hood at Keyes MB-Bh had not effectively secured a small coolant hose with had blown radiator fluid all over what had been a “pristine” engine area - which the entire Service team mentioned form interior to engine to under carriage areas. As a result, I have walked away from the MB Brand and have encouraged friends with similar $250,000 budgets NOT TO BUY A MERCEDES. Sadly, the positive part of this review is that since both MB Corporate and MB-BH’s care so little for loyal customers, maybe they’ll care to learn that thier current tally for lost revenues ceded to their competitor car brands, over the past three months, is now approaching $2,000,00 (USD) and includes international purchases.
