Cameron Robinson was extremely helpful and responsive in receiving our GLC350e for replacement of the windshield and panorama roof. He worked with the insurance company to provide an acceptable estimate fo receiving our GLC350e for replacement of the windshield and panorama roof. He worked with the insurance company to provide an acceptable estimate for repairs. He followed the receipt of parts and scheduled experienced technicians to perform the work. The vehicle is now in "good as new" condition. More
I've been to a handful of MB dealerships since acquiring my beloved 2014 GLK, and my recent service experience at Bellevue was by far the best. I've had mostly good experiences at other dealerships but this my beloved 2014 GLK, and my recent service experience at Bellevue was by far the best. I've had mostly good experiences at other dealerships but this was an absolute standout, due in large part to my service advisor Jesus. But everyone I met (interacted with 3-4 other folks at reception, etc) was friendly and helpful. More

I have been pleased with my service experience at Mercedes of Bellevue. My service manager (Wayne) has been accurate with repair estimates, keeps me informed along the way and tries to optimize any Mercedes of Bellevue. Dealership does appear to schedule too many appointments per day based on available staffing which can sometimes result in delays on service completions. More
