This dealership served me very well when owned by Barrier. Now service is very expensive. I needed a part replaced, so I needed to go to the dealership instead of the mechanic I now go to for regul Barrier. Now service is very expensive. I was told when I arrived that I would not get. my car back that day, which was not what I expected. I wonder if I should have been given that info when I confirmed my service appointment. I got a call the next day that my car would not be ready on Thursday either, I finally got my car back on Friday morning. I appreciate Chris keeping me up to date on the delays. For more information on my experience with the dealership, please ask the top service manager about a very unhappy experience I had at the dealership a few years ago when I was charged more than $1800 for a regular service appointment. Also, regarding the last repair service, I did get a loaner car, which I appreciate, but the car was like driving a "toy" -- not up to your standards. More
